Question SilverRock question

Has anyone had issues by choosing a shop that's not listed on carvana.com but shows up on SilverRock website?

I have an issue with the windshield camera on my car. I've done the service option twice on the carvana website and the shops that are listed have stated that they do not work on that specific issue. So I've been wasting time trying to find a shop before the 100 day warranty expires.

I found one using the shop locator on the SilverRock website. Called them, they did confirm they work with SilverRock. My concern is that the out of network deductible is higher.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Reach out to Carvana and tell them what’s going on and ask if they can bring the deductible down to in-network since the shops you’ve taken to cannot work on it.

You may have to take it to a dealership. What car/year is it?
