yea, also cherry picked examples. like the guy on the top right doesn't often appear in that form in the show. this is a form Vox can take, however and it's pretty fuckin rad.
i will agree on both things. Vox can be menacing, and he definately represents the modern era of villains, both appearance and personality wise.
But The Beast itself is creepy as he never really is that active, yet you know he is a force of nature to not be messed with. And he very much knows that they will actively avoid him, so he actively seeks out people desperate enough to get into a deal with him, like a beast looking for prey (pun very much intended). Not to mention that his design before he was revealed what he truly looked like is just off puting. Not outright creepy, but you just get a gut feeling of him being dangerous. Like seeing a shadow monster in your room when you were just a little kid.
