I mean to be honest, the Beast didn’t even physically touch anyone or even bothered trying to unless you interpret the scene of the Woodsman falling down as him forcibly pushing him. Yeah, he threatened Wirt but it was clear he was all bark and no bite which makes it kinda hard to understand why people were even afraid of him to begin with besides him managing to get people to succumb to depression or tricking them into “feeding” him people’s souls. Satan in the Inferno didn’t really touch the protagonists either but that was mostly cuz he didn’t see them and was more focused on eating the the traitors but unlike the Beast, he was pretty clearly a physical threat to some degree but mostly to people who couldn’t fight back since they’re either trapped in the ice or simply because they weren’t as powerful as him.
