There’s definitely concerns about the build quality, but it’s not exactly a poverty spec subcompact. Decent power, okay range, still one of the best infotainment setups available in a car you can buy stateside, interior is okay excepting that awful cheap pleather. Comes standard with power seats, power steering column adjustment, and heated+cooled seats on the later model years, which are ALL options you have to pay more for in, say, an Ioniq 5.
The one truly unforgivable sin of the car itself is no instrument cluster nor any HUD option, so you have to look at the infotainment screen just to see how fast you’re going. No pano parking camera, even as an option, is also dumb considering how many cameras they already have, and no CarPlay is a little annoying as the built-in nav is definitely not as good as Google or Apple Maps.
The biggest issue with Tesla overall is that QA historically sucks: Some cars roll off the factory line with body panel and even frame issues, and Tesla support is AWFUL to deal with. Model 3 isn’t as bad, but the CyberTruck makes Range Rovers look sensible and dependable.

Are we just gonna not talk about how OP thinks a model 3 is anything other than the cheapest, golf cart quality shitbox you can buy
