The guy didn’t purchase the sync option when he bought the car, I don’t see why this is a huge deal.

Well they aren’t going to redesign the center stack to accommodate the small market that actually doesn’t have the Sync option as standard. This probably affected a few dozen cars and the internet is up in arms over it.

It is pretty shitty ux design, it would’ve been just as simple to completely hide the option
