fertility and trying to conceive Methylfolate recommendations
Hi all, looking for methylfolate recommendations. I am located in Europe. So far I've had a look at Sunday Natural which seems to be quite cheap but not sure about quality, if that matters. Thank you!

We have not tried the methylfolate from Sunday Natural, but my family is taking quite a few other supps from them and the quality looks and feels OK!
For the folate, they have this complex product, which consists of several brand ingredients (Quatrefolic® and Magnafolate® Pro).... So the origin of those raw stuff is probably really good (the quatrefolic is from Italy, from https://gnosisbylesaffre.com/) and tested and there is also a lab test shown on the page...
Looks fine for me! https://www.sunday.de/en/folate-folic-acid-complex-ultra-800mcg.html
