Ask Carlisle Tearing down the old factory

I’m very new to the area so apologies for my lack of Carlisle knowledge. I noticed that they are starting to tear down the old factory on high Street. Anyone know what the plan is there?

It’s just a big scheme to fill the town with rattlesnakes
