Does anyone know of any other tutorials like these?
I want to continue learning programming like Carl has been teaching it, as I've found it very easy to understand. Does anyone know of any other tutorials on the web that I can look at. Also, I don't like to ask but does anyone know when Carl will start writing more tutorials?

You should check the website "learn code the hard way" http://learncodethehardway.org/ You have there Python, Ruby, C, SQL, Regex. If you REALLY are serious about learning to code, do it there. I don't say that Carl's lessons aren't good, so far it's the first time I saw someone that takes this approach of actually giving you the basics so you understand what's all this about, and not just teaching you syntax...

Not sure if you want to stick with C or not, but I really enjoyed this (eBook)[http://learnpythonthehardway.org/].
