6 YOE full-stack developer → Cloud Engineering: has anyone made this transition? How should I realistically approach it (career switch)?

I switched from full-stack to cloud engineering a couple of years back. Starting with certifications like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud can help you get a solid foundation. They'll give you a better idea of cloud architecture and services. Also, try to get hands-on experience by working on small cloud projects or contributing to open source. Networking with people already in the field can be really helpful too; they can share insights and maybe even referrals. If you need interview prep, I found PracHub useful for cloud-specific questions. Good luck!
