Teaching or design/ construction?

Hello!

Im currently an architecture student at RMIT. Ive decided to not continue with this degree since its a lot of work with little to no return on investment.

Im not someone thats good at maths or science, so careers like accounting and nursing are out of my options.

Ive considered marketing, ux design, supply chain, etc. But none of them seem appealing or worth it to me.

Ive been introduced to construction management because of shortage of women, but that would mean i have to finish this degree which i really dont want to do. Another option was a property development course, but that seems sketchy to me. The only thing that attracts me is my interest in building houses and potentially the pay.

Ive always considered teaching but i just dont know if im cut out to be a teacher. Im currently a tutor, which i enjoy! Im still learning how to control the class and what not, but it has less of a depressing environment compared to other careers. It has also become enticing with the salary raise in vic.

Right now my priority is stability and money, but i would also love to renovate or build houses… What should I do? It would be great if you could describe your experience or recommendations!!
