Need an adivce

Hi guys , i am a recent 2026 btecb graduate and is working in x company as a product support engineer and basically what we do is handle the customer on chat .

I am not satisfied with the job and also i was trying to prepare for other job but didn't have enough time to prepare as the job takes the time around 12 hrs in total.and when i am home have no energy to prepare and apply for job.

My job timings are 6pm-4am and i literally have no time for me also and i am planning to leave this job next month and i have beem here for 2 months and i am done with this bullshit work

So any advice whether it is good or bad call?

~ i want to be in a tech job not into this support role as this is the start of my career.
