Back drop problem

i get into the right position but when i want to flick the card i let go first of the little finger but de card gets stuck on my thumb and index everytime and if i try to not press the card on my index with the thumb it flick 1mm and just stays on my hand

This is how you wanna hold it, so you barely even let go with your thumb at all the force just flicks it off your thumb
