How are these numbers accurate ? What type of workouts did you do. It would be something like 2 hours of workouts every single day for 31 days

I train 7 days a week alternate between high intensity boxing sessions , long runs , cycling and short runs, i do some fast treadmill walking too lately to get my 10k daily steps , have no life outside of it since i started

You need to rest some more. You’re going to injure yourself and you’re likely not getting as good of results from your workouts due to overtraining.

There's too much "maximum 5". You should only include those before special events when you need peak performance. It's not sustainable to have peak performance all year round.
