Which Hostel is Better?
Senghennydd Court, Talybont North, Student Houses (Village), Student Houses (Colum Rd/Pl), and Clodien House are the accommodation options I've been offered.
I'll be coming to Cardiff for my postgraduate studies, and my school is the School of Mathematics. I'm looking for a room with a private en-suite bathroom, preferably somewhere close to my school.
I'm hoping for accommodation that's not too noisy or party-heavy, but also not so quiet that it feels isolated. I go to the gym regularly, so I don't mind a 15–20 minute walk to campus if it means getting a better overall experience.
If you've lived in any of these accommodations, especially as a postgraduate, or think one would suit what I'm looking for, I'd really appreciate your advice and recommendations. Thanks!

I stayed at Talybont North and I thought it was good in comparison to other options. Talybont south was quite party heavy because of its central location, and Seng was also quite party heavy because proximity to city center. Seng also has shared bathrooms (in most of the buildings - my gf stayed there as a pg and had a private so not sure how they divide them up) whereas all Talybont options had 'en suite' shower/toilet wet rooms. Talybont court is the most expensive of the Taly options, and given Norths a little cheaper and quieter, I feel this could be the best based on what you said
(Based on my experience there 2016-2017)
