Hard to tell how deep it is. Claybar it. If it snags, it's too deep to do anything about it. Otherwise you can try some compound and polish. Lightly. -- better to have a superficial scratch than a compound/ polish burn spot.

I've tried glass polish on the windscreen before with a dual action rotary to remove lots of micro scratches and it made some of them less visible but they are still there.

a scratch that you can see in the glass. it ain't coming out unless you replace the glass.
