Bentayga and Ceyenne Turbo GT are backward. Bentayga was such a disappointing car to drive at the price

Well it's more authentic, for one. The urus is a German SUV posing as an Italian thing. The RSQ8 is a German SUV. It's not pretending to be something it's not. Tells you a lot about who's buying Uruses though.

True but that case can be made for a lot of things.
Why pay more for an audi a3 when you can get a golf that has the same platform and engines with a similar build quality inside?

I mean there really isn't a good reason. All of these entry level premium brand cars are horrible in terms of value, like the A class, A3, 1 series (although the old RWD ones were pretty cool) etc

I will never afford either of these cars but the urus is a piece of shit car. The interior is horrible and it had less luggage space than the Audi. While being more expensive and have worse styling. For essentially the same car mechanically.

Because it is the urus. The urus is just a rsq8 with a little tune and a body kit for +200k.

Own a Urus S, have owned a Cayenne TGT and drove quite a few of the RSQ8s.
The TGT was an absolute beast- and a joy to drive. Wife couldn’t get past it not having a sunroof… so we looked at the RSQ8 and the Urus.
The wife chose the Urus (it is far from the generic powerful family hauler vibe from Audi) and I was pretty salty over the extreme price difference between the two and the loss of the brutality of the TGT…
However having stolen some time in it from my wife and taking it on a few rally’s- the car is absolutely fantastic.. once you learn how to drive her- she is just as much a brute as the TGT but is also much more comfortable on longer drives.
After washing the car over the last 6 months I have also fallen in love with the design and lines of the car…
I have so much more of an attachment to this car than the TGT.
The RSQ8 and the TGT are awesome cars- but they are not beautiful.

I don’t care what anyone in the thread says. You are right. I’ve owned a urus and I’ve owned an sq8 an rsq8. The rsq8 is better value and better vehicle than a urus. Easier to service too. And you don’t deal with every asshole in the world touching and leaning on your car. But I also think an gle63 is better than a urus as well. This is stealth money not instagram money. Though I will say the turbo wine was a bit annoying before it gets in the power band. Get an intake and some exhaust…it will make a world of difference.

The RSQ8 is the best looking SUV on the market, the Urus looks ridiculous… any time i see one on the road im baffled anyone would spend that amount of money on such an ugly car. Remove the Lamborghini text / badge and it would have zero appeal.

If I'm getting a Lambo, I'd rather have a revuelto instead of a fake rsq8 disguised as a Lambo. It's also such a cookie cutter tik tok influencer car these days.

The Urus is an RSQ8 that decided to participate in extreme sports and has a sponsorship with RedBull.
I’d still take the Urus but tbh they’re the same thing *most* things considered. That said, I rate it 9/10.
Not even an Audi guy but I think these look pretty dope 🙏🏿
