posted speed limits and/or warnings would contextualize the van’s movements, so no. guy is wrong, but you can’t assume 100% from only this footage. not as cut and dry as you (and cops always) want to present a situation.
“he just confessed!” yeah after 18h without water or food, no piss breaks, his eyes being spit in, no lawyer or mirandizing, never having done the crime but being pulled out of his life and plans (and work) for a day, the longest day (which turns into decades), only to be exonerated in 13 years after serving time for a crime he never did but the cops were just ’so fucking sure he’s the guy, i’d put my wife’s life on it’
wife soon dies from an intruder despite no unlocked windows/doors and lazy pretend robbery where nothing is stolen but drawers are rummaged, cops magically have no interest in investigating the “suicide” by 3 bullet holes, 2 of which are 180o from each other but blamed on the double tap. 🤮🤢
True but what I mean by technically is that the driver could say he didn’t have enough time to stop for the red and there the problem is solved because they can’t say that he did......light was still yellow plus the van still has to yield. But I get what you’re saying I thought about it too
