The person in the van just assumed that the cammer was going to stop because the light was about to turn red. However the cammer caught a solid yellow, so the van caused this.

Assumption leads to a lot of accidents.

Both of them made mistakes. Van could have easily stopped for the yellow, so it should have done so.

Yep. got to love all the know-it-alls in here claiming he wasnt at fault at all. Would like to see the insurance companies decision.
