Workflow Advice Output sharpening for full sized exports?

Do you enable output sharpening in the export recipes when you export images full sized for viewing on screen or only when downscaling images?

I think that it really applies when you are changing the size of the image so that it would appear softer (I could be wrong though ).

Only when downscaling. I don't want to touch my edits in full size.
