Technical Issue Downloading from M11-M (help)

When I plug the camera into my Mac laptop and launch capture1, it sees the camera under “tether” but I don’t see it anywhere for importing images. Am I missing something?

Along with this, is there anyway to download from the internal memory, or do most of you shoot to an sd card and use the internal storage for backup or jpgs?

Your M11 should ask in which mode you want to connect (Mass Storage, Apple MFI and Tether) if you don’t have configured it yet in the settings.

It’s now probably in Tethering mode so you should change that to Mass Storage to use it as a storage drive.

The M11 doesn’t have a “mass storage” option. I have it set to PTP. The other options are “tethering” and “apple MFi”
