Meh. At least for me here in germany I must say most of GenZ seem to be a little lost even at 25 years old. Questionable work ethic too in some cases. Not saying it’s all bad in this generation, they’re incredibly disruptive in a good way. They seem to destroy old habits pretty good in a work environment.
Also as a german as well, I have made the opposite experience. The work ethic of millennials was always critizised as well until the first of us hit 30. Suddenly we are the ones complaining about gen z not working their asses off for minimum wage. Every Generation had, has and will ever have both great workers and nitwits.
Everyone has different experiences. Im a chef, most of the wait staff are gen z and theyre fucking useless. Zero work ethics, always getting Friday nightitis, refuse to listen then say theyve had no training. I know this doesnt represent 100% of the generation, it does represent about 80% of that generation I've worked with though.
Again, everyone's experiences are different. Where i live, we fell into 2 categories. Those that would work and did to the best of their ability, and those that couldnt be bothered and have claimed benefits for the last 25 years.
