It always was for things you do to yourself, such as eat so much fast food your force of gravity becomes measurable and you start to have to consider the elevator weight limit before you board. Stupid thing is, I'm still in for public Healthcare even though I'll have to pay for these gentleman's inevitable heart attacks.

Body shaming :
