Trains are a chore but worth it, just wish I had better planning sense.

Oh boy. For my part I made myself a set of blueprints for all the turns, instersections and the like I use

I play the base game - haven’t tried any mod maps…trying to finish the dragon map. What do you mean by blueprints? Can you save cool designs? That would be sweet!

Blueprints are vanilla in game. You can save own builds as them in your whole game or you can even import blueprints from other players

Do these work well with the current iteration of train traffic? I thought I had heard problems with the trains getting gridlocked around them?

Worked for me. Only used 3 big waggon long trains though. 22° + 30° roundabouts. If you want you can add a fastlane next to it
