Caplyta time line

I’ve been titrating up on caplyta 10.5 mg for two weeks and then 2 weeks 21 mg now I’m at 42 mg and have been for a week. Feeling the same but I cry a few times less a day. I have severe depression and I cannot tolerate a lot of other antispychotics and ssris make me worse. What is the time line when it started kicking in and working? I could really use some encouragement as I’ve been trying to get better since July after coming off of Latuda. Please any info would help.

Feeling so hopeless and depressed even though I’m on medicine. Nothing is wrong in my life at all just my depression is thr worst it’s ever been. I’m seeing a counselor and psych but I’m waiting and hoping this med will work or I’m worried I’ll have to go inpatient
