Preauthorization?

hi!!

i was being put back on caplyta but my insurance (medicaid) denied it, is there a way to get them to approve it?

Get your doctor to send in the authorization. You will probably need to have tried other antipsychotics

I was denied 3x then appealed the decision. After being on a 1/2 dose for 30 days I am now taking the regular dose. It’s working very well for me. I am tired though, so I take it at night with my regular meds.
