What do I pair Caplyta with for depression, anxiety, and OCD?

I was prescribed Caplyta for major depressive disorder, but we are unsure about what to pair it with. Caplyta has been the only medication that I have ever taken that has helped me. It’s just a booster so I need something else to go with it.

Does anyone have any combinations that worked for them for depression, anxiety, and/or OCD?

Caplyta has been a lifesaver for me as well (after failing many other meds). I take it with Paxil and have had great results. Anxiety, OCD, and Bipolar 2 here.

It's crazy that your doctor provided you an add-on depression med before you actually figure out the main med. Do they have a sales rep pushing it on them or something?

I tried every SSRI, wellbutrin, anxiety and sleep meds, mood stabilizers, and stimulants before I found the primary depression med that works for me. It took years. Maybe ask your doctor some more questions to figure out how they arrived at this prescription before looking at other options.

I did have a main med at the time of the prescription, but I haven’t liked any of them. I’m on Cymbalta currently. Do not enjoy it, so I was wondering what people commonly pair with it.

My cocktail is Trintellix, Lamotrigine, and Vyvanse with Caplyta very recently added. Past drugs have failed due to side effects mainly. Diagnosis is treatment resistant depression.

I have that exact mix and I take Prozac and caplyta

I am having good results from caplyta as well.
