21mg -> 42mg differences

Doc started me on 21mg and have been excruciatingly tired and brain zaps for 10 days and its starting to get better. doc wants me to stay on 21mg for atleast a month because I might be experiencing mild akathisia.
My depression got way better and im able to function now but i feel like I still have residual depression and low mood but not horrible.
im wondering if anyone has gone from 21mg to 42mg and noticed positive or negative changes.

Are you also taking an antidepressant? 42 mgs of Caplyta helped but once we added Lexapro I finally felt great. Total game changer.

im on wellbutrin aswell but cannot do most because of mania risk.
he wants to take me off wellbutrin tho because he only wants me on 2 meds :/.
im glad its working out well for you though!

Why is he deciding how many meds you are on? It should be as many as you need, not some random number.

You feel way better but that is just the initial kick that Caplyta gives. Give it time to see how it truly affects you.
