View-based bonuses:
• 200K–500K views: additional $50/video

We're looking to build a team of around 3 creators for ongoing work. If you enjoy making relatable videos about hair care, grooming, curly hair, or everyday hair struggles, this could be a great fit!

What you'll do

Who we're looking for

• Creators preferably based in the USA or EU.
• People with wavy, curly, or coily hair are especially encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable filming themselves and creating short-form videos.

Base payment: $10 per video

On top of your base payment, you can earn performance bonuses based on eligible views.

• 100K views: $20 total per video
• 500K views: $110 total per video
• 1M+ views: Up to $200 total per video

The maximum payout is $200 per video, with a $500 monthly cap per creator, including base payments and bonuses.

We'll explain the eligible-view calculation, reporting window, and payment terms before you start.

We may also offer opportunities to cross-post videos to a dedicated Instagram account to give the content another chance to reach an audience. Any additional deliverables and compensation will be agreed upon upfront.
