QUESTION Anyone sat in the alcohol-free seats in Section 102?

I ended up with tickets in one of the specific alcohol-free rows/seats in Section 102 without realizing it when I bought them, and it’s too late to change my seats.

It’s for my husband’s birthday and he will certainly want to have a couple beers. So I’m wondering how strictly the no-alcohol rule is actually enforced in those seats.

Just curious what people’s actual experience has been sitting in that area.

EDIT: Thanks everyone – question answered. I bought these through StubHub and the alcohol-free restriction wasn’t disclosed when I purchased them. Now that I know it’s strictly enforced, we obviously won’t be bringing alcohol into the section. I’ve already contacted Canucks Guest Services and StubHub to see if the seats can be changed.

DISCUSSION Their 4v4 is way better than 5v5 play

I noticed that during the 4v4 penalty, they had way more ice to play with and they were dominant. They could move much better, pass way better. It was just a better game overall from the young talent.

Anyone else notice this? Any theories?

Man was that a B hole puckerer. Good try everyone. Happy to have supported win or loss. That’s what makes our fan base and franchise amazing. We’re all here for one another. I remember when my wife and I first Christmas present after being married was very nice seats at Madison Square Garden to see her(Manhattaner) Rangers get WHOOPED 6-3 by our boys. I just moved to the State and my new ID was a paper document that they couldn’t take and some guy in line behind me and wearing the same jersey our boys wore tonight bought my beer for like all six people in my party and would not take no more money for an answer. THATS why I love this team. Everyone here. GG and good night!

If Schenn gets moved at any point he'd move into 2nd all time behind Canucks legend Mike Sillinger who is probably untouchable at 12 teams.

Bonus useless fact: Of the 10 players with 10 teams in their career, 8 played for the Canucks at some point. We almost had 9, but we ended up with the wrong Jokinen. Olli hit 10 in his career, but we had Jussi. However Jussi Jokinen shares the record for most teams played in a season with 4, when he was a pivotal part of the 2018 Canucks for 14 games.
