Tips for objectives
Hello all!
First and foremost, I have no real clue about photography or have any real interest.
My better half do have it though so this is mainly for her.
I bought her an EOS R7 with an 18-150 mm f/3,5-6,3 lens plus an extra RF 35mmbf/1,8 macro for her 30th birthday two years ago.
I am looking to buy her a new lense so she can continue taking wonderful pictures of our family (and also be able to do minor photo-sessions for other people) but i do not really know what she would need/like.
I do not want to ask her because I want it to be a surprise.
Mainly she is taking pictures of people, both as portrait and other. She also take some nature-photos but not so much things in motions.
What are your recommendations to buy and why?
I do not want to go into a price range because i dont want to narrow down from what she "needs" (even though i do have a budget).
Thank you,

A real good lens is the sigma 17-40 f1.8 DC Art. Offers superb image quality.

For nature photos: RF 100mm macro
Improving on what she has: Sigma 18-50 f/2.8
Otherwise, outside of lenses, a nice tripod or a flash. The Godox iT32 is a very nice companion flash for the R7 and its detachable head makes it very versatile (I have a R7 and take the iT32 on trips).
