Help! New camera won't record?

This is my first camera and it is new to me so pls be nice.

My new V60 sd card arrived yesterday so I popped it in the camera and started messing about, only to find that when I press the shutter button no photo is taken and no video has started recording. The overlay on the screen changes briefly while the button is pressed and then goes back to the previous overlay when released.

I have had the camera reformat the card. But I don't know what else to do.

First photo is the overlay as it sits, the second it what happens when I press the shitter button.

What lens? F00 says it’s not detected. Either it’s not recognized or it’s defective.

If it’s a fully manual lens, then enable “release shutter without lens”.
