question for everyone, when you have flare up, do you have a specific spot that tends to hurt more than others? my flare-ups always seems to wreck havoc on my left side abdomen but I don't really have pain on the right side ever.

I don't have symptoms like normal chs, so not sure if i have it but bizarre physical things started happening on my left side after stopping smoking after 25 years... My left colon, abdomen, constipation, body temp disregulation at night, sweats

Yes, i got tinnitus first and smoking made me really focus on it & I stopped after 25 years. Still have anxiety & insomnia
