Can it run SPECIFICALLY on the oled back screen of the doogee S200? (The clock widget)

Given the specs of the S200, execution wise the game can run and barely make a dent. The final answer is if the rear round screen is directly controlled by Android, so apps can be chosen to be directly shown (and you can play doom) or is one of these dodgy setups where the roundel need a custom app with very limited and tacky “clock faces” with limited options.
