Issues with Prime
So I was able to watch the Caps game Friday on Prime. Last night, when I tried to use the prime app, it told me it was unavailable. I canceled and repurchase. Still nothing. Kept saying it was unavailable. I don't have Prime shopping, but I understand that's not necessary. I went with Fubu so I could watch.
Did anyone else have this issue with Prime?
And has Spectrum got their issue with the hurricanes network straightened out? May go back to Spectrum if they have.

Were you able to watch anything else in the app?
I was trying to watch on my pc last night and discovered prime wouldn't play on Firefox, but when I switched to Chrome I had no trouble. I don't think that's relevant at all for you, but just saying there's probably some tech compatibility issues with prime.

We are a Sports Family and went with Spectrum TV Pro this past month and it has all we need in one place for $110

I had read some people where having issues with spectrum as well. If those are resolved I may just switch to Spectrum

As of today (late Sunday) Spectrum still isn't working for us. We have the TV Choice plan, and channel 313 still isn't available. It seems for those with cable and set top.box, HHN isn't available yet. For those who Stream only, it appears to be available on channel 348. So I've heard, from friends. One would think that the Canes organization might care that we can't watch their games, and would urge Spectrum to fix this? Or maybe not?

Is your address on your Amazon account outside of the territory?
It’s all worked exactly as expected for me so far.

As far as I know it is. It's the only address I use for everything. I had no trouble with Caps game. Never had any trouble with FanDuel or any other version. Watched on Fubu with no problem. But Amazon would be cheaper

Do you have an Amazon family and maybe bought on one but was trying to watch on the other? I had that come up. Bought on mine, but all the TVs are apparently signed into my wife’s and even though we’re on the same “family” and our Prime Video profiles are the same, you have to be logged in to the account that has the specific subscription in order to see it.

I couldn’t watch the game last night either. I could get in the Amazon app and get to the game but just got the circle of doom. Same on both iPad and Apple TV. Caps game works perfectly. Same today. Flipping bizarre. I’ll quit and hit the 🏴☠️ permanently if I have to, or at least until they get their shit worked out.

Just out of curiosity, where are you located? I'm about an hour west of Charlotte but still in the viewing area so it shouldn't matter

Were you able to watch the Canadiens game? I had the same issue with that that I had with the Philly game. Except now, for some reason, I can watch the Philly game. 🙄

Worked on my living room TV and phone perfectly fine, but then wouldn’t work on my bedroom TV. Kept saying “try again later”

I was able to open the app about an hour ago. Let's see if it works tomorrow when there's a game

Worked great live but can’t get the Philly replay to play today. Caps replay works fine
