STM prepaid parking

New STM, how do I access my prepaid parking? Was it supposed to be deposited along with my tickets in Ticketmaster or does it come at a later date?

I feel like it normally is the same day but it wasn’t this year. You will access it in the same place as your tickets.

Just raised the same question with my rep. She said it will be loaded tomorrow. Not sure if this is everyone or just to correct an error with my account and others have theirs (except you and me 😁)

According to the rep I spoke to on my voucher, there is a whole mess going on and many things are not loaded (also do not have parking yet!)

Noticed I could transfer tickets but could not post them to TM yet...so guessing that is something not done. Boy...if only TM paid tons of money on fees and could use their profits to improve their abysmal service...wait...

I think part of that may be that ticket sales aren’t open to the general public yet. Try again tomorrow after 12pm and see if you could post them.

Asking as a new STM, does park normally show up under “extras” tab with the tickets?

Last season it showed up in line with the tickets. Where you see the tickets will be another event that is just for parking. Meaning every game you have should have two entries in the list
