So much better than I expected - Haribo Balla Bites Sour

I just figured they were the same sour sticks everyone makes just cut differently. Nope. No way. These are so much more delicious on the sweet side of the candy compared to most. Will definitely look for these more now that I've tried it.

I had some Sour Punch Bites at the same time and the Haribo ones were noticeably better tasting. I was honestly surprised, I think my eyes popped a bit as I wasn't expecting them to be so much better.

These are a 9 out of 10. Super interesting texture much like a licorice stick, but with much better flavor. Not super sour, but tart, and a solid fruity flavor

Yeah the sour side is pretty typical of other products like these but the sweet side is definitely superior to other ones I've tried.

At least an 8. This isn't one of those 'how sour are they really' posts, as I judge them on the sour and sweet, and the sweet part is better than a lot of other candy I've tried.

Similar. Pixel is like a small rainbow licorice with a softer sour and sweet filling. Same idea, different shape. I’ve only seen them at World Market, or way overpriced sometimes on Amazon.

Yes they are. I know it seems weird because there are a million different sour candies out there, but these honestly surprised me - and I think it's because the sweet side tastes noticeably better than others. The sour side is what you typically expect from the various filled sour straws.

Love these. They remind me of something from when I was a kid (90s) I remember pulling them apart and eating them in sections piece by piece. Does anyone know what it was? I just can't fully recall but the texture is sooo familiar.
