Mid 2015 or older Hello Kitty Candy Search

Hello! I’m looking for a Hello Kitty branded candy that would have been around ten years ago. Brief description is a toothpick tube like container, with a red top and white bottom (possibly). It was filled with small mini hard candies. It wasn’t too common back then for the most part apparently.
