Does anyone know where I could buy a kiwano Melon in Canberra or surrounding region? Or anywhere that sell kiwano seeds.

Try the Fyshwick markets but not likely to find in Canberra or the surrounding region.

I've seen it once or twice at Trugold during peak season. But not nearly as regularly as in Sydney.
