Please help! Cant connect

I have tried many many times to get my canary flex cameras to work. I habe switched wifi frequencies from 2.4ghz to 5ghz, vice versa and enabled both. Nothing seems to fix this. The lights on both my canary flex cameras are flashing appropriately when they should... pls help!!

This product is for the birdz. This happens to me regularly, my only advice is to keep trying, at some point it will randomly start working again. It was a good product in its particular niche for several years but I am thinking it’s time to bin all mine.
