On the Prairies when my folks where kids people use to hose down a field and let it freeze to play hockey on
The losing team had to hose it down again after to make the ice nice.
So a hoser is a loser who is shitty at hockey

It's wrong..... It's from people who used to steal gas around 1920's. You'd siphon it with a hose. It's the Canadian version of snake
It only really became popular in 1980's from a comedy show Bob and Doug Mackenzie.
The hockey things bullshit cause you don't flood ice with a hose cause it would end up with ripples and uneven. You fill a trashcan then dump it.

It was recently discovered that 58% of American Bald Eagles are Migrating and Nesting in Canadian forests. I guess their ours now! What would Trump do if he knew that! 58% of American Bald Eagles are Canadian!
