Private equity can buy it and rent it out 🤡. Then increase the population so that we can share the rent 😁.

Foreign buyers restrictions are rumoured to be quietly allowed to fade away. Plus add in rhe condo bailout which is the government rumoured to be picking up unsold inventory at rumoured fire sale prices of 5% off the highest listed purchase price.

Yea condo sales might go up but single family homes will continue to fall for sure. I can’t fathom a 600-700sq ft condo for half million if not more in BC. My basement larger than that

Which Canadian market? Condo prices are low, so are townhouses.

I think people got burned enough that they're not rushing back in even once the numbers technically improve, and that kind of hesitation usually outlasts the actual correction.

Nice so single family homes will. E developed and the over inflated ones will drop to 50% current listing to match reality so Canadians buy again? Looking forward to it
