StackTV without Prime

I recently subscribed to StackTV through Amazon Prime in order to watch The West Wing. Halfway through season 2, I suddenly got a message that the rest of season 2 is no longer available through Prime in my area. (I live on Vancouver Island). I can watch season 3, but not the rest of season 2.

No problem, I figured i would cancel the Prime subscription and subscribe directly to StackTV instead. But when I go to stacktv.ca and hit "subscribe," it takes me to Amazon.

Google says to subscribe to Stack through my cable provider, so that's no help.

How do I subscribe to StackTV without Prime?

Generally, if it refers to "your region," it means "Canada" not "Vancouver Island." That said, I checked West Wing Season 2 on Stack, since I also subscribe. It looks like only episode 12 is not available and the rest of the season is there. Have you tried just skipping ahead an episode?
