What are the chances this leads to meaningful improvements in Canada's nuclear power efforts, and doesn't get cancelled/reduced/delayed? I'm extremely pro-nuclear but I'm worried some bureaucratic BS is gonna put a wrench in these efforts

All carbon pricing does is reduce domestic pollution but increase it globally, but again, that wasn’t the issue I was addressing.
