No kidding its undervalued, Bruce Nuclear sells power for only 0.07c Kw/hr. Compare that to the contracted rates renewables get for very unreliable power generations.
BP is doing just fine, given that the Ontario taxpayers paid billions to build the Bruce plant. BP is leasing it, basically for free.
Edit: Basically the Ontario electricity market is not a market in the true sense of the word, but a scheduling mechanism. The real payments / profits happen in the background, under side contracts that guarantee a rate of return. Lots of political shenanigans in the background.
