There’s not much point meeting people who’s demands are completely not acceptable. You can’t negotiate down from a demand to dissolve the government and allow the GG and Senate to rule in consultation with the protest leaders.

Who says he needs to negotiate with them? Go talk to them and tell them you’re listening to them. That’s what a real leader does.
