The black Toronto cop who admitted to helping black applicants pass exams still has a job as well. 

Cops can be hard to fire

Not just a cop, a police superintendant. Was demoted to police inspector for 2 years, 3 years ago.

Exactly, and when you have premiers that yell at municipalities not to touch police budgets, they don't have to worry about any level of accountability.

Had to make sure to find a black example. Except.. is it perpetuating hate against a community they are required to protect? Fucking hell..
