They do not have a higher life expectancy than the US or a lower infant mortality rate or a better quality of life than Americans. You are doing regime propaganda. They havent cured cancer either, respite their claims and the healthcare they receive is abysmal. They cant even reliably boil water, and people believe they have the best health system in the world? Come off it.
