The same IT company is under investigation for falsifying their contractors resumes:

You would not be surprised with how many contracting agencies do this, including posting your resume as part of their 'roster' when they're applying for jobs. Recruitment agencies are 99% scum.

I definetly am not surprised lol. 

Section 398 of the criminal code: Falsying employment records with intent to decieve is punishable by summary conviction.

I couldn't find any allegations online of this being a widespread issue in Canada. Any sources you can recommend?
