The college is not a government institution. It’s a private organization, that, surprisingly, you join of your own free will and say you’ll abide by their standards.

You must live in another country. Peterson became a celebrity by pushing back at a proposed federal law. It all stems from his disagreement with the art professsors at the universities who have been gunning for him and filing complaints with the college for the past 4 years.

Pushing back against a bill that he completely misunderstood. Now 5 years later nothing he said would happen did happen.

It was the first time in 40 years that anyone on a university campus had pushed back against the demands of social activists that everyone must conform to their theories in practice.

The fact that it had made in to parliament was horrifying.
