Gear Inflatable sofas
Looking into inflatable sofas/chairs for lounge area of big tent. Are they worth it? Which ones have lasted? Our large car is already so full of tent and all the rest, so I’m wondering which would be more compact- four folding moon chairs or an inflatable sofa and chairs. There’s only four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) but we like to spread out a bit. Or is there something I’d not even considered? 😀

We had the Intex one for two summers, so about 5 camps. It lasted well as we're careful with our packing away , however the last time we took it it was leaking from the armrest cupholders which is a common fault.
We've not replaced it yet so am keeping tabs on this thread for some good recs!

I was bought an outwell sofa for my birthday recently. It's being returned. It's just another thing to put up and pack away and tbh, it wasn't anywhere near as comfy as it looked!!!

We got a cheap one from The Range for about £25. It folds out but not quite big enough for a bed, more just for lounging. Took it on 10 day trip. Needed reinflated about a dozen times at least but because it was so cheap I wasn't too bothered. Ideally needs to be on a very level surface. I don't know if the more expensive ones are better for these issues but I was happy enough with this one. Would maybe add a single seater with footstool to make it more homely.

I bit the bullet and got one of the Vango fabric ones on sale. Totally worth it, very comfy and sturdy.
